The Windom Figure Skating Club follows the Learn to Skate Program. Fully supported by U.S. Figure Skating, USA Hockey and US Speedskating, with support from Special Olympics, the Professional Skaters Association and the U.S. Ice Rink Association, Learn to Skate USA offers every student a heartfelt welcome, lifelong benefits and fond memories. SKATING FOR BEGINNERS
Learn how to ice skate in a safe, fun, and challenging environment. Our ice skating programs for beginners teach skaters of all ages how to master the basics of ice skating while providing the best foundation for figure skating, hockey, and speed skating.
BASIC SKILLS
The first stage of skills forms a strong foundation for your skaters to explore the world of skating. All will progress at their own pace working toward mastering each skill. Active Start encourages skaters to trade in hesitation for excitement as they grow a love for skating. FUNdamentals harness those skills as agility, balance, coordination and speed become the main focus of this curriculum

Learn to Skate USA's figure skating programs offer skaters the opportunity to explore the various disciplines of figure skating in a fun and challenging group environment. Skaters in these levels will learn jumps, spins, choreography and more.
